Russ is a retired minister who has spent his career supporting leaders, especially in WNC through the Reynolds Certificate in Church Leadership. He offers the four following services to UM Clergy and/or UM Churches, each tailored to meet the needs of the individual, the church staff, or the church leadership team: (1) individual leadership coaching for clergy; (2) team building activities for church staffs; (3) consulting on an envisioning and planning process; and (4) a mini-workshop on navigating change.
