Rev. Brad Farrington is an executive leadership coach and founder of New Waters Group, LLC. He received his Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as well as an Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner (iEQ9).
