World Café Opportunity

This opportunity is designed to help your congregation or group discuss divisive issues and build bridges in your community.
Participants will learn the World Café Model of dialogue leading to action and have the opportunity for a 30-minute follow-up conversation with the leader, Cindy Thompson. The workshop will include case studies and practice.
There are three workshops (choose one):
Space is limited to 50 participants in each workshop. The hope is that participants will be trained to lead courageous conversations in their setting and perhaps make themselves available to lead these conversations in other settings.
Led by Cindy Thompson, Executive Director at Boundless Impact, a non-profit driving inclusive leadership and innovation initiatives.

- Thursday, October 24 from 10:00-2:00 in Asheville: Biltmore UMC (376 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville, NC 28803) (lunch served) Cost: $25
- Tuesday, December 3 from 10:00-2:00 in Winston-Salem: Mt. Tabor UMC (3543 Robinhood Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27106) (lunch served) Cost: $25
- Monday, February 24 from 1:00-4:00 in Huntersville: WNC Conference Center (13924 Professional Center Dr, Suite 200, Huntersville, NC 28078 (no meal) Cost $20
