This opportunity is for leaders who want to learn the processes, techniques, and concepts needed for all involved parties to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution to a conflict, and move forward with greater appreciation and respect. Conflict is inevitable in the church. Even if your church is not experiencing conflict now, it will at some point in the future. Be prepared when conflict does arise to transform it into a positive opportunity for growth and reconciliation.
Participants will experience
Tuition is $695. The WNC Leadership Development Team is offering TEN $595 scholarships so that the cost to you will only be $100 plus housing, transportation, and food.
