Clergy Dashboard

 If you do not know your login information or need help resetting it, please reach out to your district office. We cannot see your password but only reset it.

Every clergy member within the Western NC Conference is issued a login for the clergy dashboard. The clergy dashboard holds important information about the clergy member, quick links to the church dashboards they are appointed to, and important submittable forms assigned to them.

To enter into the church dashboard of a church you are appointed to, click on the Church Dashboard link under the church's name.

 As soon as you log in, you will see your name and your WNCC Database ID (BRID). We will periodically ask for that Id, so please mark it down somewhere that you will remember

Update Contact Information

This form allows you to update important contact information. We will request that you visit this page at least once per year to verify your information.

Certain information, (such as date of birth, name, etc), cannot be updated through this form. You will need to reach out to Ministerial Services for assistance with that.

Advanced Clergy Search

This is a directory of all clergy in our conference. Because it is located behind a download, we provide more contact information to be listed. This search is not available for anybody without a login.

Clergy Compensation

Each year, you will be asked to complete and fill out your compensation report (even if your compensation is not changing!). This lets us know what health plan you choose (if eligible), deductions you wish to take, etc and creates a documented agreement between you and the benefits administrator. It is to be digitally signed by the clergy member, members of the church, and your district superintendent. This document also can be used by your church financial officer and can be used when preparing your taxes (though it is not a tax document). You can see prior years' information and print reports as well.
