Adapt! Leading Off the Map 2023

A LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE

Designed for churches and clergy seeking to improve skills around leading change. Churches find themselves in a variety of places across this spectrum- considering or discerning change, stuck in the midst of leading change, or disagreeing on what changes should be prioritized, etc. This program is designed to assist churches and leaders wherever you find yourself on the spectrum.
 
The following program is designed to resource three characteristics of clergy leadership effectiveness.

1.  FOCUS ON DEVELOPING, COACHING, AND MENTORING TO ENABLE LAY LEADERSHIP TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE
2. INFLUENCE THE ACTIONS AND BEHAVIORS OF OTHERS TO ACCOMPLISH CHANGES IN THE LOCAL CHURCH
3. PROPEL THE LOCAL CHURCH TO SET AND ACHIEVE SIGNIFICANT GOALS THROUGH EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP
