January 14, 2019

Whether you are brand new in ministry or approaching retirement, do you have questions or concerns about your personal finances? Who doesn’t?!

For those who would like some expert advice, perspective, and planning assistance, we are pleased to offer the Clergy Financial Planning Program.

What is it?
Up to five (5) hours financial planning services with a Certified Financial Planner (CFP™)
Who is it for?
All active clergy members, all categories, of the WNCC are eligible to participate, whether appointed to a local church, an extension ministry, or on voluntary leave. Other clergy serving local church appointments within WNCC are also eligible. Clergy spouses are encouraged to participate in order to receive maximum benefit.
Who are the providers?
A network of Certified Financial Planners (CFP™) spread geographically across WNC. These providers have been selected, vetted, and contracted by the WNCC on your behalf. They are honored and excited to help clergy with their personal finances. You are the client; services are confidential between you and the CFP™.
Does it cost anything?
Your investment for the services of the CFP™ is based to your salary. See the application for scaled pricing.
How does it work?
  1. Fill out an application (available here), made available by the WNCC Office of Ministerial Services
  2. You will be contacted by the CFP™ closest to you
