Spiritual Consultant, Coach, Author, and Director

Susan Beaumont is a consultant, author, coach and spiritual director. She worked for nine years as a Senior Consultant with the Alban Institute and has served on the faculty of two business schools, teaching graduate level courses in leadership, management and organizational behavior. Rev. Beaumont is ordained within the American Baptist Churches, USA. She specializes in several areas, including staffing and supervision.
