Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

Myers Briggs Type Indicator is a psychological assessment to classify personality traits, preferences; measures pyschological preferences for how people perceive and make decisions; only certified therapists, counselors, coaches, psychologists and similar professionals should administer test.  It can be a useful tool for helping staffs work together or to help clergy and other leaders recognize strengths and areas that might need to be complimented in other ways.
