Doctor of Ministry: Leading as a Missional Entrepreneur

Wesley Pfeiffer DMin_Missional Entrepreneur Handout full sheet_Page_1 The Leading as a Missional Entrepreneur in the Carolinas Doctor of Ministry track is focused on the specific needs and opportunities for entrepreneurial mission in the Carolinas.

This track will equip pastors to be theologically and spiritually infused, innovatively entrepreneurial, and able to organize communities of greater missional effectiveness. Wesley’s practical theology teams up with Pfeiffer’s business school to prepare ministry leaders to:
  • Do the right things well: Effective administration
  • for missional leadership
  • Create new pathways of missional discipleship:
  • Missional entrepreneurship and innovation
  • Raise up new communities of vibrant ministry:
  • Incarnational community organizing
The two overarching goals of this track are:
  • Spiritual formation as a cohort of communal support and accountability
  • Developing capacity for increased engagement with multiple forms of diversity
The track is 30-credit hours in length, a hybrid model that integrates online and classroom learning, and located primarily in the Carolinas. The track is still in development. Sign up here to receive updates about this track as they become available. Classes begin May 2015.
