Date of Death: 6/25/2021 | Date of Birth: 4/3/1931; | ClergyWe have received word of the death of the Rev. Bobby Ray Beck on Friday, June 25, 2021 in Lexington. Bobby was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Beck in 2020. He is survived by two sons, Ferris Michael Beck (wife Josie), and Stanley Ray Beck (wife Lorie); four grandchildren: Christopher Michael Beck (wife Kristen), Jessica Leigh Mosley (husband Marlin), Cody Ray Beck (wife Kristina), and John Casey Beck; and five great-grandchildren: Cameron, Vivienne, Kendall, Myles, and Kellen. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 11:00am at the J.C. Green & Sons Chapel, 122 W Main St, Thomasville with the Revs. Sidney Lanier and Jenna Grogan officiating. Interment will follow the service at Johnsontown United Methodist Church cemetery, 1057 Johnsontown Rd, Thomasville. The family will receive friends on Wednesday night 6:00-8:00pm at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be given to Johnsontown United Methodist Church, 1057 Johnsontown Road, Thomasville, NC 27360.
