Mrs. Tanya H. Matthews

We have received word of the Friday, June 5, 2020 death of Mrs. Tanya Renata Hoyle Matthews of Lincolnton.  She is survived by her husband, the Rev. Tony H. Matthews, and a daughter, Suzanne Atkins (husband, Seth).  A graveside service was held at 3:00pm on Sunday, June 7 at Tanya’s home church, Macedonia United Methodist Church Cemetery in Vale, NC, officiated by the Rev. Philip Cole.  Memorial donations may be made to Macedonia UMC, c/o Claude Bivens, 3240 Lynn Mountain Rd, Vale, NC 28168.
