Date of Death: 8/30/2021 | Date of Birth: 7/3/1938; | Clergy SpouseWe have received word of the Monday, August 30, 2021 death of Mrs. Shelby Jean Rackley Ford of Indian Trail. Shelby is survived by her husband, the Reverend A. Gayle Ford, her daughter Karen Elizabeth Ford, her son “Jimmy” Arthur Ford (and wife Jenni), and two young grandchildren, Ella and Everett. The family received guests and visitors on Friday evening, September 3, 2021, 5:00-8:00 pm at the Gordon Funeral Service in Monroe, NC. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. A graveside service will be held at a time and place yet to be determined. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can made to Victory Junction, 4500 Adam’s Way, Randleman, NC 27317.
