Mrs. Margaret S. Pittard

We have received word of the Thursday, September 3, 2020 death of Mrs. Margaret Louise Smith Pittard of Winston-Salem.  She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Jesse Leo Pittard; a daughter, Jerrie Lynn Charlesworth; and her son, Michael L. Pittard.  She is survived by her son, Jesse C. Pittard (wife Cindy); her daughter-in-law, Amy Pittard; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.  Margaret was laid to rest during a private, family service at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery in Pfafftown.  There is hope for a public celebration of life service at a later date.  Memorial donations may be made to the Sacred Music Fund, Centenary UMC, 646 W 5th St, Winston-Salem, NC 27101.
