Mrs. M. Janice Wombough

We have received word of the Friday, November 16, 2018 death of Mrs. Mary Janice Spencer Wombough of Leicester.  She was preceded in death by a son, Jack Spencer Wombough.  Surviving is her husband, the Rev. William B. Wombough; a son, Ron Wombough; a daughter, Jacquelyn Sharpe; and three grandchildren.  A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 24, 2018, officiated by the Rev. Jimmy Galloway, at Little Sandy United Methodist Church Cemetery, New Leicester Highway, Leicester, NC.  The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Friday, November 23, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S York Rd, Gastonia, NC.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Beacon of Hope, 120 Calvary Dr, Marshall, NC 28753.
