Mrs. Lucille C. Warren

We have received word of the Wednesday, May 1, 2019 death of Mrs. Lucille Margaret Chambers Warren, widow of the Rev. Garland L. Warren.  In addition to her husband, Lucille was preceded in death by four sons: Ronald Lash Warren, Gary Michael Warren, Reginal Walter Warren, and Aaron Devon Warren; two grandchildren: Antione Carter and LaDawn Morgan; and sons-in-law Genelle Brooks and Reginald White.  She is survived by three children: Sylvia Frances Brooks, Shirley Louise White, and Malcom Niles Warren; 22 grandchildren, including the Rev. Ashley White; 37 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.  Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 5–7 pm, at Hooper Funeral Home, 1415 E 14th St, Winston-Salem.  A funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Main Street UMC, 306 S Main St, Kernersville.  If desired, memorial donations can be made to Trellis Supportive Care, 101 Hospice Ln, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
