Mrs. Joan P. Haynes

We have received word of the Monday, May 31, 2021 death of Mrs. Erma Joan Parker Haynes of Asheboro.  She is survived by her husband, the Rev. Dr. Donald W. Haynes; three children: Douglas (Laura) Haynes, Carol (John) Andrews, and Alyssa Eddy; seven grandchildren: Alex (Lauren), the Rev. Parker Haynes (Alisha), Samuel (Ana) Haynes, Bradley Andrews, Christopher (Brooke) Andrews, Jacob Eddy, and Rachel Eddy; and three great-grandchildren: Wesley, Luke, and Lana.  Joan will be interred during a private, family service at Glencoe United Methodist Church.  A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 2:00pm at First United Methodist Church in Asheboro, officiated by the Rev. Lynda Ferguson and her grandson, the Rev.
