Mrs. Carolyn M. Strader

We have received word of the death of Mrs. Carolyn McCullough Strader on Saturday, December 8, 2018 in Asheville.  She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. R. Harold Strader, Sr.  She is survived by four children: David (Shelley), Phil (Sandy), Russell (Toni), and Lynn (Paul); thirteen grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.  A memorial service will be held in the Norma F. Pulliam Chapel in Asbury Commons at Givens Estates, Asheville, NC on Saturday, December 15 at 11:00 am.  In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Mainspring Conservation Trust, PO Box 1148, Franklin, NC 28744, or Fontana Regional Libraries, 33 Fryemont St, Bryson City, NC 28713.  Gifts are also welcome to the Givens Estates Resident Council Staff Appreciation Fund, 2360 Sweeten Creek Rd, Asheville, NC 28803.
