Mrs. Barbara B. Westmoreland

We have received word of the Thursday, January 28, 2021 death of Mrs. Barbara Ann Bradley Westmoreland at Mission Hospital in Asheville.  She is survived by her husband, the Rev. Dr. James R. Westmoreland; her sons: the Rev. Chris Westmoreland (wife Kristin) and Andy (wife Ashley); and grandchildren, Andrew, Abigail, Jay, Cameron, Kendall, Carter, and Lincoln.  A memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church in Gastonia at 11:00am on Thursday, February 4, officiated by the Rev. Dr. Matthew Burton and the Rev. David Christy.  Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the family will be in the sanctuary, and friends are invited to join virtually at https://boxcast.tv/view/barbara-westmoreland-funeral-xtwxdtukk2bcz2dvq8fb.  She will be inurned at the columbarium at First UMC Gastonia.  In lieu of flowers, please send flowers to a loved one, or donate to a charity of your choice.
