Dear Partners in Ministry,
The Western NC Conference local chapter of Professional Administrators of the United Methodist Connectional Structure (PAUMCS) will offer a continuing education event on Thursday, August 24, from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM at Williamson’s Chapel UMC in Mooresville, NC. The event “Creating and Maintaining a Social Media Presence” will be led by Aimee Yeager, Western NC Conference Director of Communications.
At the heart of PAUMCS is the mission of Jesus Christ. The PAUMCS association was organized to provide a supportive base for the unity and fellowship of its members through opportunities for individual growth, professional development, continuing education, and spiritual enrichment. These gifts are essential to the functioning of the body of Christ, the church, and to our life together.
I encourage your participation in this upcoming event to explore ways your church can connect and build relationships with others through the use of social media. Visit https://www.wnccumc.org/paumcs for registration details.
May God inspire, bless, and equip you.
The Peace of the Lord,
Kenneth H. Carter, Jr.
Resident Bishop Western NC Conference
