Registration now open for Lake Junaluska Winter Youth Retreats

LAKE JUNALUSKA, N.C. -  Registration is now open for Lake Junaluska Winter Youth Retreats, where youth groups grow closer to God and each other in the mountains of Western North Carolina.

Lake Junaluska Winter Youth Retreats offer youth groups opportunities to ski and snowboard, participate in mission work and come together for group games, engaging speakers, live music and energized worship. 

All Winter Youth Retreat packages at Lake Junaluska Conference and Retreat Center include lodging and meals. Groups may add skiing or snowboarding at Cataloochee Ski Area, mission work projects or Lake Junaluska’s Encounter Winter Youth Retreat programs. 

Winter youth retreats can be booked for any time, but note that Encounter Winter Youth Retreat programming is available only on select weekends: Jan. 12-15, Jan. 19-21, Jan. 26-28 and Feb. 16-19.

Youth groups can also book area activities separately such as snow tubing or visiting an aerial challenge course.
