The Western North Carolina Conference is thrilled to announce the dynamic redesign of the website, wnccumc.org!

The all-new flat design uses lighter and more vibrant colors bringing a breath of fresh air to the Conference's online home.

The reimagined homepage is designed to reflect the energetic spirit of the Conference, highlighting the most recent news, activities, ministries, and resources coming out of the Western NC Conference and the United Methodist Church. 

Every section of the website was redesigned to match modern web development techniques and with the visitor's "ease-of-use" in mind.

One of the more user-friendly updates is a new search engine that is now unified and instant, allowing visitors to quickly search for specific resources or information anywhere on the website. In addition, each lister page (news, resources, etc.) includes better tools to sort and filter search results so you can find the exact information you need. 

It is also easier to find additional relevant information with our new "You might like" section, which recommends related articles & resources, and clickable keywords.

The work of the Conference office is to conduct the business and ministry of the annual conference, which includes resourcing local churches, clergy, and ministry leaders. Now, all resources can be found in one central location, making it easier to find the resources you need to effectively minister to, in, and among your communities.

With statistics showing the majority of internet users access websites through handheld devices, such as mobile phones and tablets, the website has been redesigned for optimal use across all devices.
