Get involved in Youth Ministry Coaching Program
January 13, 2017
Since 2011, the Western North Carolina Conference has offered whole-life coaching focusing on transformation and youth ministry development through a Youth Ministry Coaching Program (YMCP) by the Youth Cartel.
Today more than sixty youth leaders in our conference have participated in this program. Through the intentional nature of this program, we have seen a significant change in the lives of youth workers, their ministries, and the church.
“This group has provided me a life altering experience. I have been encouraged and grown through lessons, coaching, spiritual direction, book discussions, personal sharing, and more. It has also connected me to other youth workers that have become more than colleagues, but friends as well. I always look forward to my cohort meetings. “

New for 2017-2018, the WNCC is offering a level 1 and Level 2 cohort. Level 1 is for anyone working in the area of youth ministry. Level 2 is for individuals who have completed a Level 1 and would like to continue growing as a transformational leader. The Level 2 will start in the spring 2017 and Level 1 will begin in the fall 2017. Registration is open for both cohorts but space is limited. What is a cohort? A YMCP cohort is a group of 10 people who commit to meeting regularly together for a year of learning. MORE INFORMATION (and application link) Questions? Contact Monica Childers
