Mark King to serve on the board of The Church Network

Rev. Dr. R. Mark King, CCA, treasurer of the Western North Carolina Conference,  has been nominated to serve on the Board of Directors of The Church Network (TCN). The mission of the TCN is, "to serve the Church by advancing professional excellence in individuals serving Christ through administration in local churches." TCN's Board of Directors meets three times each year: before and immediately after the annual conference held in July; in late October or early November; and in early March. According to Thomas D. Danklefsen, CCA Chair of the TCN Governance Committee, "Mark's nomination and participation in TCN is not only a testimony to the esteem in which he is held by his fellow church administrators, but recognition of the leadership qualities he offers in service to your church and the larger church of Jesus Christ."
