Martin Luther King Celebration Set for January 16, 2016

The WNC Black Methodists for Church Renewal and the Justice & Reconciliation Team have set the 2016 Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration for Saturday, January 16, 2015 at First United Methodist Church in Salisbury, NC.
This year's theme is Opening the Door to Reality: All Lives Matter with Galatians 3:28 as the key verse for the day.
The sponsors invite you to join Bishop Goodpaster and friends from across Western North Carolina for fellowship, worship, music and small group dialogues on that day. The offering for the day will be received for Gulfside Assembly in memory of Dr. Lillie Jones.
Two special opportunities during the event will be recognizing the Drum Major for Service Award and a Youth Essay Contest. You can download forms below:
