Bishop Goodpaster and the Cabinet have released a memo which describes the process regarding Associate Pastor consultations for 2015.    Churches where a change in the associate pastor is anticipated and those wishing to be considered as a candidate for an associate position are asked to read this memo carefully.  Questions can be referred to your district office.
