UMsConnected Conversations Zoom with Bishop Carter is Tonight!
|
This monthly live Zoom gathering affords United Methodists the opportunity to interact about a variety of interests. Each month a featured guest will be on the program to focus on a particular topic.
The second meeting is TODAY, Wednesday, October 19th from 7-8pm. Bishop Ken Carter will join hosts Kim Ingram and Derrick Scott III in a discussion, along with participants, about spiritual practices which have sustained them during these days.

Pre-Ministerial Scholarships at Randolph-Macon College
|
Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA is the oldest continuously operative Methodist College in the U.S. and is committed to nurturing a new generation of church leaders. The Bailey Scholars program awards a half-tuition scholarship for the first two years followed by a full tuition scholarship for a student’s final two years at R-MC. Bailey Scholars also benefit from two internships (one for academic credit and one for a $3,000 stipend) and a weekly meeting with other pre-ministerial students. Students from all Christian traditions are welcome into the program. We’d love to meet potential students you can recommend!

Annual Conference 2023 Children's Programming Team

The WNCC Annual Conference Planning Committee is working to reinforce children’s programming during the planning efforts for Annual Conference 2023, and would love for some kid-loving brainstormers to join the team!
The team will meet once per month through November, starting with an idea gathering meeting on Tuesday, October 25th from 11:30am-1pm via Zoom.
