AC19 Registration and Lake Junaluska Guest Information

Registration and Check-In for Annual Conference attendees will be open in The Terrace Auditorium (third floor) on

  • Wednesday, June 19  @  3 pm – 7 pm

  • Thursday, June 20  @  8 am – 8 pm

  • Friday, June 21  @  7 am – 7 pm

  • Saturday, June 22  @  8 am – 10 am

Please plan to visit registration to record your attendance and receive your conference materials. 

Voting devices will be distributed at registration, and without a device, you will be unable to vote, so please allow plenty of time to visit registration before your first business session in Stuart Auditorium.
 
** Voting Devices will ONLY be available through registration in The Terrace Auditorium, during the above hours **
 
We are still accepting volunteers to assist with the check-in process!  If you would like to help welcome the many people attending annual conference, please contact Marsha Patton!
 

Lodging Check-In for Guests staying at Lake Junaluska Properties will be in the Bethea Welcome Center:

  • Wednesday, June 19  @  4 pm –  7 pm

  • Thursday, June 20  @  4 pm – 7 pm

The Bethea Welcome Center is open 9 am – 5 pm other days.  Check-in begins at 4 pm.  Guests arriving after-hours may check-in at their hotel, or at The Terrace if staying in West End properties.
 

Annual Conference Guest Information

Parking is available in designated areas across the campus. There is parking close to lodging, but available on first come, first served basis.

Persons are encouraged to park in the field behind the Welcome Center and take the shuttle. For those with Handicapped Passes, special parking is available in front of Stuart Auditorium, Harrell Center and The Terrace.  ALL parking on the second level under the overhang in The Terrace will be reserved for handicapped guests only.  Drivers must yield to pedestrians in all crosswalks according to NC law!

Shuttle Services – The Lake Junaluska trolley & mini-bus plus two small buses will provide shuttle service between the Nanci Weldon Gym and the Welcome Center to Lambuth Inn and will ONLY stop at designated trolley stops.   
 
Food Options
  • The Terrace and Lambuth Inn Dining Rooms – Breakfast includes a yogurt bar, made-to-order omelets, assorted pastries, and fresh cut fruit. There will also be an upgraded menu for lunch and dinner. Meal prices and times are:  Breakfast - $12, 7:00-8:30 AM; Lunch - $15, Noon-1:30 PM; Dinner - $20, 5:30-7:00 PM.
  • Food Court
    Two food vendors will be located in the Food Court between Stuart and Harrell Center (Bojangles, Lenoir’s Creek Farms) for lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  Lake Junaluska Catering will be selling box lunches for lunch on Friday and Saturday only.
  • Snacks & Drinks
    Can be purchased at hotel front desks, Gifts & Grounds (Harrell Center), and Soda Shoppe (Kern Center).
 
Schedules – Program and special event schedules will be distributed in the materials at Registration in the Terrace Auditorium and posted in numerous locations around the campus.
 
Lake Junaluska General Info – For general questions regarding Lake Junaluska, its facilities and hours of operation, please visit or call The Terrace Front Desk at 828-452-2881, ext. 490 or dial 490 directly from any hotel room phone.
 
Emergency Contact – For medical or other emergencies please call 911. It will connect to the Haywood County Sheriff’s Office who will dispatch the appropriate persons, including Lake Junaluska Security. 

A first aid station is located in T-100 on the street level of The Terrace, available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:30 am - 8:30 pm.
 
Public Restrooms are located in the Bethea Welcome Center, the Nanci Weldon Gym, Kern Center, Harrell Center, Stuart Auditorium, and all hotels.  Also, a portable restroom facility will be located between Stuart Auditorium and Memorial Chapel.

Check-Out – All guests are asked to check out of their sleeping rooms before 11:00 am on the day of departure.  On Sunday, June 23, guests are asked to check out before the 10:00 am Closing Worship Service.
