Festival of Wisdom and Grace to be held Aug. 2-5 at Lake Junaluska

The Festival of Wisdom and Grace, a conference for finding purpose and renewal in the second half of life, is coming up Aug. 2-5 at Lake Junaluska, and registration is still open. The event features worship, workshops, recreation, entertainment and learning, and the theme for 2021 is "Living Abundantly in the Second Half of Life."
Conference leadership includes Will Willimon as conference preacher, Dr. Amy Hanson as keynote speaker, Bishop Ken Carder as opening worship preacher and workshop leader of "Ministry with the Forgotten," and gospel-rooted quartet King's Cadence.
Participants can also choose four workshops and attend a variety of optional activities such as an afternoon tea, a historical boat tour aboard the Cherokee IV, service projects and more.
