On Tuesday afternoon, May 10, 2016, at the national United Methodist Rural Advocates' (UMRA) Banquet at the 2016 General Conference, Randy Wall was elected and installed as the new President of UMRA. The United Methodist Rural Advocates is a national organization within the United Methodist Church that is a voice for rural, town and country churches and the ministries and outreach they are doing that often go unnoticed. Randy will begin serving as president in January 2017.
