RSVP for the UMRA Breakfast at AC2023
|
You are invited to breakfast at Maggie Valley UMC Saturday, June 17th at 7:30 AM for the UMRA (United Methodist Rural Advocates) and Town and Country of WNCC!
It has been a long 3 years and if nothing else it has proven how we need each other. For Rural and small membership churches this is especially true. Our hope is that we can rebuild the UMRA in WNCC into a robust advocate for the rural and small membership churches. To do this we need each other. Let’s come together and begin the rebuilding work to better serve God as we announce Christ’s Kingdom and make disciples together. Come have breakfast and fellowship.
Luke Christy will bring devotion. Randy Wall will tell us a bit about what the national UMRA is doing and bring us encouragement. Jonathan LeMaster-Smith will bring resources to our attention.
RSVP to rhartman@wnccumc.net if you are coming to breakfast so we make sure to have plenty of food. Donations will be taken to cover the cost of the breakfast. Come join us!
