Pastor Michael Kurtz has authored a new book "Mentoring Pew Sitters into Servant Leaders," published by Plowpoint Press (2018).  This resource presents and promotes a theology and a practical step-by-step plan for developing a mentoring ministry in local churches.

"A Digest of Wesleyan Grace Theology" came off the press just before annual conference, published by MarketSquareBooks of Knoxville. It has endorsements by Richard Heitzenrater, Lovett Weems, Len Sweet, Bishop Paul Leeland, Bishop Ken Carder,  Michael Brown, Nido Qubein, Russell Richey, Peter Graves, Dr. Robert Hopkins of Tulane School of Medicine. The sub title is "Preparing, Pardoning, and Perfecting Grace."  Designed for personal or small group study, each chapter has "Reflection Discussion Questions."  Don, in 2017, published "Reading the Bible Again and Seeing It for the First Time," (Vol 1) that is a companion to each of the thirty-nine books of the New Testament.  Both are available from Cokesbury, Amazon, or Don himself (if you want it autographed!)
