Director of Choirs and Handbell Ensemble

St. Francis United Methodist Church-Charlotte seeks an experienced and dynamic music professional who is well versed in a wide range of worship music. This part-time ministry staff member is responsible for directing the chancel choir, the youth/adult handbell ensemble, and children’s choir and chimes. The choral director works closely with an accomplished pianist and collaborates with the praise band leader for preparation and implementation of music for worship services. The search committee desires a self-starter who embraces the opportunity to be a part of the Church’s vision to grow music ministry to include children, youth, and adults of varying abilities.
