Associate of Youth Ministry

In coordination with the Director of Youth Ministry and the Youth Council, this position will develop and maintain a sustainable program and activities for the ESUMC youth ministry. These programs will be planned and implemented in a way that will help our students “love the Lord our God, with all their heart, soul, mind and strength”.

The future of our church and youth ministry are growing and changing quickly. During this time of growth, this position will help lead ministry to all youth, grades 6-12. In the coming months/year we plan to hire a second position in youth ministry so that these two roles can split the middle school and high school ministries while still maintaining team connections, curriculum and strategies as set in coordination with the rest of our youth ministry staff. This new hire would work with the Director of Youth Ministries to decide if they would be best suited for the middle school or the high school position once that second hire is made. 

We will work as a team to make sure we are offering a ministry that is focused on discipleship and has the youth and their families at the center of all we do.
