Music Director and Pianist

Liberty First United Methodist is seeking a part-time music director to help organize worship and lead our adult and children's choir. 

The Music Director will work closely with the pastor to plan and implement each worship service and any special events or services throughout the year. Liberty First presently worships in a more traditional style which utilizes a wonderful piano alongside many dedicated singers. The Music Director will have a great deal of freedom to use their gifts and abilities to enhance the worship experience and participate in the missional endeavors of this growing congregation.

About the Church:
Liberty First is a rural and small town congregation, located downtown in growing Liberty, NC. This church is currently on a charge with Bethany UMC. Bethany is a smaller congregation, located just a short distance away. Bethany is also in need of a piano player at this time and a partnership for this position would be an ideal situation as these congregations have shared a pianist for several years.
