Director of Youth Ministries

West Market Street UMC, a dynamic, inclusive, missional church in downtown Greensboro is seeking a new full time Director of Youth Ministries. The Director oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of discipleship pathways and ministry opportunities for youth, sixth through 12th grades to be encouraged and equipped to use their God-given gifts to glorify God as we make, nurture, and send forth disciples of Jesus Christ. The Director will also work collaboratively with the pastoral staff and Director of Children and Family Ministries to develop and implement a comprehensive and intergenerational approach to spiritual formation that actively engages all ages in missional transformation locally, regionally, and globally.
