Minister of Children, Youth, and Families

Charlotte First UMC, located in the heart of Uptown, seeks a full time director/minister of children, youth, and families.  We're a progressive,
historic congregation with a heart for mission with those frequently marginalized. We are committed to practicing inclusion, pursuing justice, and promoting
the arts.  Candidate should have a demonstrated love and compassion
for children and youth, and ideally an educational background or experience that includes early childhood, teens, and possibly Christian education.  The position is
flexible and open to your vision and imagination; Sunday morning children's church is expected. Ordained and non-ordained encouraged to apply.  Excellent benefits, continuing education, and vacation.
