Director of Next Gen Ministry
St. Francis United Methodist Church in Charlotte seeks an energetic professional who has a passion for youth ministry to lead our Next Gen ministry. This full-time staff member is responsible for organizing and implementing a comprehensive youth ministry through Bible studies, retreats, mission trips, outings, and interactive fellowship events. The search committee desires a self-starter who embraces the opportunity to be a part of the Church’s vision to grow the Next Gen ministry to teach, guide, and connect with our middle school, high school, and college students as well as young adults.
