Casual Service Music Leader

Archdale United Methodist Church, Archdale, N.C is seeking a Casual Service Music Leader.  The successful candidate will work with the pastor to plan, prepare, and lead the praise and worship music for our Sunday morning casual worship service.  He or she will help build, lead, and coordinate a volunteer team of musicians and vocalists.  Must have the ability to connect with the congregation through song introduction, leading prayer, and providing announcements as needed.  Oversees and directs music for the contemporary worship service to ensure that the contemporary music program supports the overall ministry of the church, including coordinating the worship band, music selection, and the technical aspects of the contemporary worship service.
