Office Administrative Assistant
Church Office Administrative Assistant – Part-time (20+ hours per week)
Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church (1915 Oakdale Road, Charlotte) is seeking a part-time administrative assistant. This person will be the “face” of the church office and must present a professional, kind, and friendly demeanor. Responsibilities include answering the phone, welcoming and directing visitors, gathering and sorting mail, ordering office supplies, creating and printing bulletins, maintaining accurate church membership records, and supporting church staff as needed. The candidate must possess basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office) and telephone skills. Office hours are Monday-Wednesday, 9:00 am-4:00 pm.
