Director of Youth Ministry

Boone United Methodist Church, located in the High Country of NC, is looking for a full time Youth Director or Pastor.  One of our core values is "next generation now" indicating the importance we place on our youth. To guide this vital and growing ministry we are seeking a highly creative and dynamic youth director to focus on expanding this small group based program to the next level with an emphasis on leading youth through discipleship, worship and service.

Applicants should have experience in youth ministry and need to be able to manage a leadership team of 12 or more and a youth group 80+.  The full job description is attached.
