Music Director

Lafayette St. United Methodist Church seeks a Minister of Music/ Worship Leader starting in January of 2020.  This is a part-time permanent position.  Duties: Consult with the pastor re: music selections for morning worship; prepare and lead all singing in worship; coordinate with church musician for accompanying and instrumental performance.  Prepare and Direct a choir for weekly presentation of special music.  We have Faith that Our Lord will lead the right person to us, therefore we are interested in applicants of all experience levels, from students to retired professionals.  Compensation is negotiable starting at $1200 / month.
