Part-Time Finance & Administrative Assistant Job Opening
lexible, detail-oriented individual wanted to support the Financial Administrator as the Finance & Administrative Assistant. Must have the ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and adjust quickly to change. Strong communication skills are very important. Hourly (non-exempt) position averaging 20 hours/week. Bookkeeping experience (esp. Accounts Payable), and proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Publisher, are required. Experience in church accounting processes and working knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar accounting entry system) is a plus.
