Organist/Accompanist

Hawthorne Lane is a beautiful historic church over 100 years old with a vibrant multigenerational congregation in the heart of the Elizabeth Community, uptown Charlotte.  The congregation is growing, full of children, and active in missions.  HLUMC has a history of excellent choral and organ music throughout the years and would like to continue that tradition.  The organist would work with the worship/music director to bring life and creativity to the congregational song and performance of classical traditional organ literature.  There is one service at 10:30am on sundays - a blended worship service.  The choir rehearses 7-8:30pm on Thursday evenings.  Included in this position would be accompanying the choir weekly on the piano.  Contact Rev.
