Director of Facilities
Overall Responsibilities: The Director of Facilities is responsible for ensuring that West Market Street UMC's facilities are well maintained, clean, safe, and ready for worship, education fellowship and service.
Education and Work Experience: Knowledge at a level normally acquired through completion of an Associate’s degree. Two years of facilities and property management experience with at least one year in a supervisory capacity. Proficiency in best practices for custodial services. Interpersonal skills necessary in order to effectively supervise, instruct, and guide subordinate personnel. Ability to effectively interact with church staff, membership, and vendors in resolving problems.
