Director of Next Gen Ministries

Mineral Springs United Methodist Church is seeking a full-time Director of Next Gen Ministries. This position will provide leadership and direction for effective MSUMC middle school, high school, and young adult ministries – including program development and leadership as well as recruiting, training, and oversight of volunteer leaders to enable effective ministries; youth community outreach and missions; and management of the Next Gen ministry budget.
