WFUMC has an excellent multigenerational choir for our traditional worship service, along with various ensembles (both vocal and instrumental), which provide music leadership for the weekly worship service as well as participation in larger works of music on campus and in the community.  The Director of Music Ministries is responsible for oversight of the music programs as well as leadership and management of the music staff and participants. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and will effectively collaborate with church staff.  This position creates, delivers and evaluates the music ministries for WFUMC in collaboration with the church's leadership team and Senior Pastor. This position reports to the Senior Pastor and directly supervises the Music Staff. This position is part-time and averages between 10-25 hours a week depending on the church season with less responsibilities in the summer and more responsibility around Advent, Christmas, Lent and Easter. 

Pay: $20,000 – $24,000 per year based on experience.
