Basic Class- Lay Servant Ministries

The Basic Course encourages people to recognize and use their spiritual gifts for the work in the Church, helping each congregation for mission and transformation. This class will familiarize you with areas of ministry in Leading, Caring and Communicating. You will be provided a chance to explore each one. The Basics class is great for first time leaders; small groups, study groups, Lay Leaders, and for those interested in serving the church. You will explore the ministry of the baptized, leading, caring, communicating and taking your gifts and talents and what you have learned and spread the love of Christ into the world. 

Participants must attend both sessions for class credit. 
This is the first class of your journey of Lay Servant Ministries. The Basic class must be completed prior of future Advanced Classes. 

Registration fee includes materials, light meal and snacks.  

 $35 per person
