Appalachian District Lay Servant Ministries Training

2017 Lay Servant Training Multiple Training Dates: Saturday, May 13, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EDT) Saturday, May 20, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM First United Methodist Church Taylorsville 1400 North Carolina 16 Township of Taylorsville, NC 28681 Lay Servant Training is now being held in May instead of the original date that was announced for April due to conflicting events. We hope to see you at First (Taylorsville) for the 2017 Lay Servant Training on May 13, 2017 from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM (Check in will be from 9:00 AM-9:45 AM on the 13th) and May 20, 2017 class starts at 9:00 AM-3:00 PM with closing worship with Rev. Dr. Carl Arrington, the Appalachian District Superintendent from 3:00 PM-4:00 PM. In order to receive credit for taking the course you have to attend both classes for the entire time of the class (A total of 10 class hours is required). This year the registration and the payment is online only. You have to be registered 14 days in advance (Deadline is April 30, 2017) if you plan to attend a class.
