Personality & Ministry Effectiveness:  Understanding Your Leadership Style, a leadership development workshop for WNCC UMC clergy and professional church staff, will be held on Thursday January 12, 2017, from 8:30am – 5:00pm at Covenant Community Church, Asheville, NC. Using the Workplace Big Five Profile™, you will learn about the five-factor model of personality and your personality profile.  We will explore how your profile is different from and similar to others and what this means for you in your ministry, how your personality impacts your effectiveness, and how to best develop your individual style. The information provided in the workshop will help you engage more effectively in many areas applicable to ministry, including:

• Strategic leadership
• Team performance
• Conflict management
• Effective decision making
• Communications
• Self-development and personal growth

Thanks to a generous grant from the WNCC UMC Leadership Development Team, cost for the workshop is only $39.00, which includes all materials and lunch.
